| Negative: | We ordered two awnings. Its a good thing we were present during installation as they reversed the places of installation. When we noticed they installed them incorrectly, they called their office and then grudgingly corrected the problem. We also wanted manual cranks to ensure we could wind them up if power went out. Turns out they installed motors that do not have manual override. |
