Services provided included conceptual design, final design, construction drawings, subcontractor procurement, purchasing for stone, tile, cabinets, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and amenities, as well as oversight and supervision of all aspects of the work. Work involved demolition, framing, fireplace replacement, cabinetry, stone countertops, bath and kitchen tile, painting and coatings, and final turnover. |

| Positive: | Kelly McDougall Design Services performed the remodel of our Montana III floor plan at Rancho LaQuinta and transformed it into an open, inviting, and completely different looking home that took full advantage of its surroundings on the golf course. Kelly initially provided preliminary design concepts and ideas that allowed us to visualize what the place could look like. She then turned these visuals into detailed construction drawings that were used as the remodel work was underway. Kelly supervised and oversaw every aspect of the work throughout construction and even made further design enhancements to better improve the final look. Kelly was also invaluable in the procurement of stone, tile, cabinetry, painting, appliances and other amenities to coordinate all aspects of the finished product. Her "styling" at turnover added a special personal touch to the experience. I highly recommend Kelly McDougall Design Services for this type of home improvement project. One couldn't do better. |
