| Negative: | *Shoddy work, refused to honor warranty. Numerous unfilled cracks and holes not filled with hydro sealant per industry standard were found when pool was drained to repair skimmer.
*Use of unlicensed subcontractors with little or no supervision. Pebble tec applied were less than required standards of 3/4 inch. *Difficult to work with. Lacks interpersonal skills to resolve issues during project construction and when shoddy work was discovered and brought to his attention. Responded with "Do not text me anymore". Denied promises made. Argumentative. *Quality of work for pool, spa and deck below industry standards. Several Pool lights installed without electrical grounding wires. One pool light wiring has cemented pebble tec in the conduit. *Numerous safety and code violation issues. |
